The staff at this place are very disrespectful and don’t care to take the job serious. The elevators stop working every 30 minutes you have to use the stairs. My room didn’t have a shower curtain and it was no a/c. They will try to kick you out if you complain about it with no refund I WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!!

The stay was great the staff were amazing!! There were other guests staying smoking week and playing loud music at the pool staff did nothing about it! Women in things not really a family place! Elevators were down and slow to get to us we had to wait 40 minutes to get up and down! Not good on the 12th floor with a 2 year old! In door pool water was cold and we could barely find towels when we got out!

It took us a day to figure out the property, best elevator to take, parking, etc. would have loved to have a dishwasher, but we managed 😁. It would have been great to have a water spigot at the shower coming in from the beach to make it easier to wash our feet off. FYI, we are handicapped and was disappointed that bikes and cars without handicap placards or plates used handicap spots. This needs to be policed better. Thank you for the opportunity to send you our thoughts. Would definitely stay here again
