Check in was at 4pm...we didnt get into our room until after 5 b/c of housekeeping. When we got into our room the water they mopped the floor with was seeping up through the vinyl floor which did not dry for 2 days. I requested a oceanfront higher level floor with unobstructed view of ocean. I got 1st floor oceanfront and you couldnt see the ocean AND right outside our "balcony" was a grassy area at the pool where people were at ALL day and evening we couldn't even keep our curtains open to attempt to see the ocean nor were we able to utilize the "balcony". I am very disappointed for paying for an oceanfront room and received this! I even requested another and offered to pay the difference and they would not accommodate that.

Rooms were so dirty. Black mold in the bathrooms and AC vents. Floors were so dirty we had to purchase swifters to clean them. Towels had stains on them. Cockroaches were everywhere by the elevators and resort garbages. Place is run down and understaffed. The parking garage is also very tight. Would not recommend staying here. Elevators smell like mildew.

We were put in a queen bed room instead of the king room we payed for. The air conditioners have mold in the vents. The floors were absolutely horrid. We wore socks the whole time we were in the room. There was what looked like poop on the wall in the bathroom. The showers had black grime around the edges and the back door had a gap about 1/4" wide so the cool air vacuumed right out. The sheets had light brown colour stains on them we had to ask for new ones. It wasnt worth the money we paid for 3 nights.

Staff was very nice and courteous. Rooms were clean. We had the 3 bedroom condo and it was great!!!! My only problem our room wasn’t ready to check in. They state that check in time is 4. I went to check in to be notified that my room wasn’t ready. I was told I would get a call whenever it was ready. They called about 20 minutes later which was cool.
