What a safe and lovely place for a family of five or more. Absolutely loved the hospitality and friendly faces and nothing but good folks and clean areas throughout. What a great old spot.

Basic but satisfactory!

EXCELLENT location, nice ocean view. Basic room, no frills (not even any artwork on the walls!), but clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, everything was tiny so don’t expect to store a lot in the fridge but it worked for us! Low pressure in the shower but that’s to be expected. Biggest complaint was that the neighbors smoked pot on the balcony and it seeped into our room every day/night. But otherwise staff were friendly, accommodations were great, and location can’t be beat at this price point!

My husband and i stayed for three nights and had a great time. We got room with the kitchenette which had everything you needed like plates, silverware cups bowls . There is a small sink and stove with oven. Everything was good in the room with a small tv . Convenient to restaurants and shopping and about a block from beach . Area was good, we sat out in our chairs and just relaxed and had fun. Checkin was easy and friendly staff .we enjoyed the pool which was clean and towels were available. Would definitely recommend and would go again !

The access to the beach was good. Looking out from the balcony watching fireworks was relaxing. The only flaw was the toilet kept stopping up and a few roaches. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would stay there again because of the price and location.

Older building, could use a few updates. Beds comfortable, shower good. No shampoo/conditioner or coffee in room. There was a small fridge/freezer and microwave. AC worked. Close to beach! Nice outdoor pool!

So for the price it was okay. Did not have a single issue until the last day. So we extended our stay by one day and we thought our check out date was the 12th. Well it wasn’t, it was the 11th, it was my mistake. I’ll take 100% accountability that the date mix up was on me, now let’s get to my frustration with Midtown, I asked for one extra day, I was not met with “I’ll see what I can do” or “let us see what open”. What I heard was a woman YELLING “THERE IS A THREE DAY MINIMUM AND WE ARE BOOKED SO NO”. Again I take responsibility for messing the days up but keep in mind we had stayed 6 days. I’m not mad at them because I know they’re a business and people are planning stays left and right but just a little empathy or something like that, not YELLING at me through the phone.

Conveniently located and staff is friendly but cleanliness is a problem. When we first arrived to our room the floors were sticky and there was sand in the shower. Water pressure in there shower is very low.
