Outstanding resort!!
Resort was absolutely beautiful, loved my room being able to see the beach from the bed and patio. Room was extremely clean and bed was super comfortable. I absolutely loved all the amenities and loved the location! I would definitely recommend spending a vacation here and would definitely go again if the opportunity arises.

We absolutely love staying at the resort!!! We know we are always safe there as well as our cars with it being a gated community. The view from the 21st floor on the tower!!!

The condo we stayed in was tidy but smelled damp and like mold and mildew as such was on one of the pillows. We tried to upgrade to a two bedroom because we needed more room and we were unable to because of the contract but also the smell was horrible, we needed to get multiple air fresheners and candles. We were told it was inspected and no mold or mildew was discovered.. they also left the pillow in there but gave us a new pillow case. Parking was hard to come by and the pools are quite far apart but they don’t allow golf carts on the property even though you have to pay for parking (inclusive of two vehicles). Not sure if we will return unless we are able to stay in a different condo that doesn’t have a putrid smell.

We absolutely loved the resort & the room! Everyone we met that worked at the resort was so friendly & helpful. We had an issue with the AC not working in our room, but maintenance was there within 5 minutes of us calling. They had the air working within minutes! We will definitely be back for another visit!!

Our room was dated and could use some upgrades. The tower was under renovation so the balcony was really dirty. The rest of the resort looked well kept. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Communication re: arrival after hours was particularly helpful.

It was ok my reservations were supposed to be 1st floor. I was on 6th floor The floors were dirty and the living room furniture was really dirty The balcony fsced the camper parking lot The gift shops and the other restaurants were closed Was not clear communication about where the lock box was and i had to use my phone flashlight to see

The condo we got must have not been rented out in a while. When we tried to shower, the whole place would smell like bad eggs. There was some stray hairs in the bedding. And a random hair was taped onto the master bath tub. The rooms were not super clean, the carpets were gross. You can tell it’s been a while since anyone stayed because the balcony furniture had a thick layer of dust on it. And there was poop looking substance on the floor of the master bedroom. And there was a strong wood polish smell coming from the headboards that made it hard to sleep. Front desk people were very nice but couldn’t help the situation. We checked out early

We loved the pool areas. I hate the indoor area was not open during our stay, but all of the pool areas were very enjoyable. The specific unit we were in smelled awful in the hallway and had the stench of marijuana. The unit had a musty smell. Not sure if maybe all the units are different and maybe there are some updated units that would have enhanced the experience, but that would have been a great option. Other hallways also did not seem to smell of marijuana, so I think we unfortunately just stayed in an unfavorable unit.

This property was definitely NOT worth the money spent on a two night stay. We rented a two bedroom condo for the weekend and upon check in, found the room to be dirty and just unacceptable especially since we had a baby with us. The floors were dirty, there were stains on the counters and when we opened the cabinet to get a cup out, a roach crawled out. When we went in the bathroom, there was hair all over the shower floor and even the towels and the toilet seat and lid had hair on it. There was bug guts on the walls and the bed sheets even smelled like they weren’t clean. We went to take one of the extra blankets out the closet for the baby since it was cold in the room and there were dead bugs in the bag with the blanket. We are not ones to complain about accommodations, but this was disgusting. We have paid less for better accommodations. We talked to the front desk over the phone about the state of the room and we were told there was nothing they could do about it and we would have to take it up with Expedia. In the morning, I’m assuming what was the maintenance guy showed up at our door and asked, “what do you want cleaned” and in response, my husband stated that we needed everything cleaned because it didn’t seem like any of it had been done. We went and spoke to the front desk about it and the manager stated she was sorry and that was unacceptable and that she would compensate us with $75 gift card to the restaurant on property.
