The lazy river was a plus. The property was run down and needs a face lift. Our shower curtain had black mold spots on the bottom. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants within walking distance were good. Mimosas, blueberry grill and lombardos were great. Salt and Lime on the property waa pricey and small portions. The food was ok. The pizza and ice cream from the pizzeria were great. The walk to the beach was easy. Pools had plenty of seating and were well maintained.

Overall the stay wasn't bad but upon arrival to our room, the room had used towels on the bed and in the bathroom along with a used dirty coffee cup still in the bathroom. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned and the floor was covered in crumbs and debris. Upon bringing this to the attention of the reception desk we were given a poor attitude as if it was a problem we were upset about being placed in a very obvious dirty room. Everything else was nice but the state of the room and attitude given from stating being in a dirty room is my only complaint

It was dirlty and the condition of the room was bad. Visible leak I ltold the front desk and did not get any time of credit. I hope they fixed it. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The view of the ocean was amazing. This hotel has awesome location they should really keep the condition up!

Dirty dirty dirty

There was a restaurant on site, drinks were good but on the expensive side, Room was dirty i literally had to clean food stains off the table and counter , there was hair in the shower and left on the hair dryer, microwave was filthy…!! I was too scared to mention something to the front desk because once i got there i checked other reviews and saw the staff or management was never helpful plus i had this trip booked for months for my kids birthday, So i ended up buying lysol spray/wipes and prayed we wouldnt get sick
