Entire property look in major disrepair. Very dirty everywhere. Musty air in rooms, A/C's barely work at all. The desk help wee nice and tried to help but it was just a terrible place.

First of all we booked a two bedroom with a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other. We got there and had a queen in both bedrooms/ we were traveling with 2 kids and an infant. We were told there were no other rooms available. So we had to make do. Secondly, we repeatedly called the front desk to let them know that there was no air conditioning in either bedrooms. Maintenance came and said he would report it to his supervisor. This happened twice and nothing was done to repair it. We had to go buy fans so that we would be able to sleep. Then when we checked out Deloris said that maintenance had checked off twice the the air was repaired and it wasn’t. She also said that we should have been given a portable air conditioner for the bedrooms. I would really like for upper management to please get in touch with me.

Magnificent
Where to begin?? INCREDIBLE. The apartment gave us SO MUCH SPACE and the view from the 3rd floor was spectacular. We listened to the ocean waves for hours in the evenings, from our TWO balconies. Everything was walking distance -- restaurants, para sailing, all the things.

At our stay. The room itself was nice. Except the stove was dirty. There is no one that comes and gives clean towels or linen. They have a certaim time that you can go to the linen exchange room. Even then you only get what u take back to them. No trash service. You have to empty the trash into trash bins that are located right besides the elevator. Which gets stinky in the heat. Outside walkways need cleaned badly. Also only one hot tub was working and you could only get to use it if you wait in line. That was a disappointment. But other than that. Hotel had a great view from the balcony. The balcony could be a little bigger. Overall. For the price it wasnt that bad. Definitely not a higher class hotel

The pictures of the hotel was very deceiving their was not jacuzzi in the room as stated and no indoor pool also as stated worse bday experience for me ever. There was a dead roach on the kitchen floor when we arrived the eating table was full of crumbs was not clean at all the bathroom shower head was detached from the wall the water pressure was low and not hot and the a/c had to stay on 70 and it was a 100 degrees outside ridiculous and hot on the inside. I will never come here again my birthday was ruined!

Avoid Until Major Renovations Are Done
I was very disappointed in this property. I can say the staff is friendly but that’s about it. Don’t let the pictures mislead you. This property is very run done and in need of major renovations. Floors were dirty, window coverings torn, bed uncomfortable and dated and the tub will not drain. You can not lower the air past a certain temp and the humidity was so high in the room it kept the floors damp. Not worth wasting your hard earned money.

We had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again. Front desk staff was amazing and checked on us everyday by text. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Pools and hot tubs were clean as well.

We liked the view from our room. The tile floor was nice opposed to carpet. All the amenities we needed were available. The staff were all very nice and pleasant to talk with. We needed more towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet swim suits. Baseboards in the bathroom were in need of cleaning, but the overall cleanliness of the bathroom and room were good. The property is old but looks recently refurbished. We would stay at this property again. Thank you for two wonderful nights!

We booked this room last minute, and apparently they require 72 hour notice beforehand, which wasn't clear, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. The flight there was rerouted due to weather, and they had nobody at the desk after hours, so my wife and daughter were on the other side of the country without a place to stay. They had an after-hours number that nobody picked up. The next day, we only got a partial refund, and were told that they weren't there in time, so they gave their room away. Forget the fact we PAID for that room, let alone just reserve it. I'm feeling very skeptical that hotels.com allows businesses that employ these practices to be on their site, honestly.

When we arrived at the property, the reception area smelled like mildew. The elevator was dirty, there was garbage at our door and crumbs in a dresser of one of the bedrooms. One of the beds was not made and the bathroom in the master had mold and the air conditioner in the bedroom was little to none. The sliding door in the same room would not open unless you pushed it out and the television signal kept frozen and going in and out. Needless to say, we didn’t stay.
