This is a very nice resort. Loved that we had a dishwasher, fridge and microwave in our room. Our room was very clean. There's some construction, but it did not bother us. This resort is very spready out with multiple buildings, so the amenities are very spread out. The indoor pool was huge, but it and the arcade were .75 miles from our room. When we checked in, the front office tried to push us into a timeshare presentation. They made it sound like that's the only reason we got the rate we did, and they knew we booked through Expedia. I hated this, and this is the reason I will never return to this resort. I didn't barter my time for a good rate, and I would never engage in a timeshare presentation. Also, the interior roads for the resort are very confusing. It's surrounded by several subdivisions (evidently built on their former golf course), and the roads were like a maze. There were also teenagers zipping around on golfcarts who could access the resort. Considering we visited in their slow season, I can only imagine what it's like in the summer.

Didny get the room i reserved but the room was still nice. There were people living in the community, which wasnt horrible, but the people living above us had a toddler lol. Not a lot of relax between 7am and 9pm.

We loved it here!! The only issue that we ran into was our jacuzzi tub not working but someone came out and restarted it and it was good after that!! Beautiful property, fairly quiet, COMFY beds, we did a studio so we had a little kitchen and washer and dryer which really came in handy. Everyone that we ran into for staff was DELIGHTFUL

We were in town for a family function - we really just needed a place to lay out heads at night. We didn't have time to check out the amazing amenities, but we were so impressed, we are planning another trip! The space was clean, bright and fully functional. Everything we needed for our stay was right there. So much better than a traditional hotel room.

No on site restaurant. Stepped on exposed carpet tack strip, given a new room. Hyperactive children next door, 1st room. Sound like dropping bowling balls upstairs, 2nd room. Getting around confusing. Grateful to have power and function kitchen, unlike home on WNC.

The friendly staff made this place better than it would’ve been if they weren’t. The lobby for check in was very nice, as was Alex! She was amazing to talk to! We had an issue with the ac and very nice front desk attendant helped us with an ac guy who came and couldn’t fix the issue and got another gentleman in to fix the issue and it was fixed! Place needs a little renovation…very nice place though.
