All though the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The fact that the on site shopping and spa services was not available threw a small dent in the hotel experience because that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel I wasn’t able to for fill my mom complete birthday experience.

Family at the beach

The room was bright and temperature controlled. It was clean and felt renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was always easy in front or back.

Never again.

Let me start off saying the man at the check-in desk was great. Very friendly. That’s where the positive ends. This place was dirty, old and run down. The pool was the size of the bathroom. Very small. The pillows weren’t even as big as throw pillows. The bed was hard. A salon was on the first floor and it wreaked of perms and hair spray. Major water damage on the ceilings, tv remote didn’t work, hot and cold mixed up in shower with no water pressure. Toilet tissue beyond thin. People blasting music, etc. I’m pretty sure people live there kinda like an extended stay. I was beyond grossed out. Never again.

Pros: price point excellent for the area on Labor Day, spacious room with microwave and small fridge, pretty clean, friendly front desk, comfortable bed, close to Barefoot Landing and a lot of restaurants and mini-golf. Cons: Very musty smelling in halls, pool is literally in the parking lot, everything seemed clean but was pretty shabby

The location was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The whole place could use some new carpet and paint, as it was quite dated. Also, the pool was extremely small. Overall it was was fine for a short visit.

Acceptable, unfortunately had chids running down hallway afrer 10 pm, disturbing. Also bathroom sink drained very slowly.. Bed was comfortable.

The Food was always hot and had plenty to choose from. Julia was very kind in helping me to get either adjourning rooms. She was unable so she got me rooms next to each other which worked out just fine. Margaret in the dining area was very kind and cordial. She was pleasant and had a sweet spirit . Made sure there was plenty of food for all the hotel guest.
