The room in general was clean enough. The walls in the bathroom were had unsightly stains. The heater would cut off and had to be unplugged and re-plugged. The photo does not represent what we saw as the pool was undergoing some reconstruction. The hotel needed exterior work. The food inspection report on the door was graded a “C” and that is something that should be noted before making reservations. Anything not assessed as an “A” should automatically be written into any hotel’s description and they should also be upfront about construction activities ongoing at hotels. This is the 3rd time we have been surprised by that.

Older dated building, water pressure was low, tub took forever to fill and longer to drain. Didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t review it, They did have a C rating on the door for food.

The place was absolutely horrifying. It was scary. People were hanging around outside, laying up against the building look like they had been living there. There was some kind of a piece of equipment down around the pool area. The building was in horrible shape. The curtains were just hanging at the window when I tried to pull them closed. They wouldn’t even stay closed. It was all on the ground floor is back through a nasty corridor to get to my room when I open the door, there was no light switch the so the room was dark. I had to prop the door open with something that was inside of the room. I looked around at that room and there was no way I was staying there or in that hotel it was scary. It was unsafe. I ran back up at the front desk and threw my key on the desk and left to get a better safer hotel to stay in. I want my money back. I do not and will not accept the charge for that night‘s rent. I want my money back.

Fire the maid. The sink was clogged and full of trash when I arrived. There is no way the maid could have missed it. I complained to the front desk twice. Despite assurances that the sink would be repaired, when I left 3 days later nothing had been done.

Hotel staff was nice (but stressed out) during check-in. Hotel needs a major overhaul. Property is old and lots of cracking cement and dirty. Our room was filthy. Baseboards filthy. Floor was filthy-we had to take a towel and wipe the floor. Dirt all over-you could feel it when you walked on it. There was some kind of a leak in the bathroom. The floor was continually wet. We kept mopping it up with spare towels and the towels were filthy. Breakfast was bagels (stale and hard), cereal, bread to toast (that was curled up in the serving case, coffee was awful, yogurt (yoplait-good), waffles which we didn’t try. Tried to check out and no one was around so I left cards on desk. Ran into a maintenance person and told him about the leak on the bathroom floor. (It was not the toilet leaking-it was coming from under the floor-he was shocked band was going to check it out. At least the beds were clean (so it seemed)!

The pics online are deceptive. This property has been remodeled but still is very old/dirty. Breakfast basically consisted of waffles and bagels. Our kids bed had a down comforter and ours did not. When we called down about it we were told they didn’t have any more to make do with the sheet on our bed. We had booked for Friday and Saturday but we checked out early Saturday morning.
