Penalized for using Hotels.com?
This has happened to me before with Hotels.com bookings. Because you get a deep discount, you get second-class-citizen treatment. Like here, no maid service for a two night stay. Bad hospitality service either way You expect more from a legacy brand, even in off-season. Lesson learned.
