I didn’t like being double charged for my room. The room was clearly booked and paid for ahead of time. Upon check in I was asked for a card for incidentals. No mention of paying for the room , just incidentals, and then charged that card for the full price of the room and the incidental hold. I have spoke with them twice about reversing the charge.

I liked the property but pool was never cleaned and my bathroom door was broken in 1st 2 rooms I was given and 3rd one cut to of my wifes fingers! Barn door bathroom doors in every room not installed well!
