This hotel was nothing like it was representing through the website. The room was horrible carpet ripped up walls cracked when we got there our room was dirty. They gave us a half a roll of toilet paper decaf coffee only with no coffee filters. We had a kitchenette they had no utensils no bowls, no pots and pans to provide us for the kitchenette. Our balcony was so beat up the floor was falling through the balcony. The lazy river was open with dirty diapers at the bottom of it deflated inner tubes so you couldn’t even use it if you wanted to cockroaches the size of my pointer finger everywhere they talk all this great talk about the bar and restaurant. The ice machine was broken so when we got to the bar, the bartender said he could make us drinks, but he had no ice, but he also only had like three bottles of liquor to offer couldn’t offer hardly any drinks off of the menu they didn’t have half of the menu for the food. It was basically just wings and burgers that you could order. They had three hot tubs total none of them were cleaned or working and they kept 100 and only refunded the 25 but when we got to the hotel, the front receptionist told me we had to pay $125 and that they would only be refunding the 25 when I had already paid my full price for my hotel for the weekend through Expedia I have never been more disappointedand our phones in the hotel room didn’t even have a dialtone so you had to walk down to the front desk to just get a rude snobby answer of no
