Will first of all no towels the 2Pool didn't work are the 3Spa didn't hair dryer didn't work have to go and buy hair dryer will not stay there anymore when it rain the water come n the side door then they just bought towels up there and put at the door door didn't lock it is a very bad place to stay I forgot to say the lazy River couldn't get n it so didn't have anything to do there

Was disappointed that both pools, 3 hot tubs & poolside bar were closed. The lazy river was gone. All these items are still in the property description & the price hasn’t gone down. It wasn’t even mentioned when I checked in. The room wasn’t exactly clean. The corners were caked with filth.

We got there and it seemed the receptionist already didn’t want to do her job. She was training someone and he was trying to help us kinda, but he would ask questions either. Within the first hour we were there the pools closed and never came back up. Which was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel, and any time my husband asked the front desk about it, they just gave him some BS answer. Later on the first night, we discovered the AC unit has a leaking problem, so bad to the point we had to turn it off. It took til the 3rd day for the maintenance to come “fix” it. Not only did he wake us up so early, but when we yelled to give us a minute, he immediately left. Being pissed off, my husband had to go all the way back down to get him to come back up. He’s in the room for about 5 minutes, tried to vacuum up the water just to spray it on me while i was sitting in the balcony. then he made a hole in the unit that didn’t do anything but create more of a mess. thankfully i was smart enough to bring extra towels. We kept our personal towels under there to keep the AC on while we slept, cause who wants to sleep on vacation in an 80 degree room. Do not stay here if you want to have AC, access to a pool, or to have any nice interactions with the staff. Will not be coming back.

It was an okay stay, there was an issue with our doors keycard reader which was a little inconvenient and pools and hot tubs were closed as well which sucked. Otherwise, it was just a pretty average myrtle beach hotel. Our room was clean and the beach access was nice. I'd say it was decent for the price we paid for 2 nights. I'd most likely stay again.

This was absolutely the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed in at Myrtle beach. When we arrived, the sheets and pillow cases on the bed had stains and when I ask for different ones, The ones they gave me were worse than what I had taken off the beds. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The refrigerator looked like it had never been defrosted. We were scared to use the stove because the eyes of the stove didn’t fit and wouldn’t lay down to set a pot on. Microwave did not work. The bathroom was filthy and none of the floors had been swept or mopped. Dirt was caked in the corners. When asked for a different room, I was told there were no more rooms. Our stay was horrible.

The place was awesome. We had a little accident in our room. 511. They were all helping out. The front desk got us another room 414. They said they would comps us 2 free nights while we were there. They all were great and I give them a 10 for everything they had done for us. I appreciate everything they did for us.

Wasnt very friendly place. I booked 2 room for my family. And i went to the office to get cream & sugar for my coffee only to be told they didn’t have any thing like that. But my daughter went to the office and they gave it to her🤔. Any ways my room wasnt dirty but the floor was and the out side of the hotel is not all that great either. And one shampoo for 5 people per room !! And for the price i paid i wasnt happy. No breakfast at this hotel either. Not that i would have eaten it based on my experience here.

We had to change rooms the first night we killed a cockroach, the stove didn't work, the sliding door didn't lock. 2nd room the microwave blew up the sliding door again didn't lock. The pool was nasty I have a special needs child so refused to let him get in. They had 3 hot tubs only one was working when they got a 2nd one fixed the chlorine smell was so strong it burnt our eyes. The lazy river wasn't opened at all during the stay. We never saw housekeeping once in 6 days. The smoke detector in the 2nd room didn't work. The staff was rude and very unfriendly. They had a onsite laundry that smelled so bad we wouldn't use it...The staff would not give change for it had we have chosen to use it.. They did give us a credit for 2 days. The water to the hotel was turned off 2 different days and we were not given warning...I spoke with manager and was told he would be back in touch never heard from him. The tiki bar was the only high point we had. The bartender was super friendly and sweet and made amazing drinks so we spent as much time there as we could.. Not a total bust but super close to it...

This hotel kept having water issues to the point we left a day early. For 5 hours one day we have NO water at all for the other 3 days of our 5 day vacation the pools where closed due to a water issue. The place smelled awful and the staff was very unhelpful even with the smallest task such as getting new clean towels. The only and I mean only saving grace of this hotel is that all the rooms do have an amazing view of the ocean and its less than a 1 minute walk to the beach.

We booked an efficiency room. We had no dishes, silverware or pots and pans to cook in after spending $250 on groceries. We ended up having to go buy pots and pans to cook in. The front desk offered us a dirty pot but no silverware. I understand people steel but don’t offer an efficiency with no kitchen items. All pools, hot tubs and lazy river were closed the majority of our trip. We decided to leave a day early because of it. The front desk didn’t seem to care. They were very rude. It was sunny outside so all pools should not have been closed. It seemed more of a lazy issue than a weather issue. We deserve a refund. I have booked through Hotels.com many times and this is one of the worst experiences for our family vacation.

The place was filthy the service was horrible it was a ghetto we waited in line for an hour to check in after we had already been there and left because the line was so long everything in the place is filthy damaged kicked in disgusting don't ever stay here I'm going to try and get my money back from Expedia I stayed that one night only because I was so tired from traveling but I did not want to even lay in the bed it was that bad Expedia should not advertise this hotel it was just my wife and I I can't imagine it a family with children had to deal with this

This was a 5 day beach stay. We had to beg for towels and trash removal. Staff was rude and blamed covid which was 5 years ago. If they do not want to be in the hospitality business then do something else. Areas such as pools were closed more often than not. The one sprayer coming from the beach was broken the entire stay. We left a day early. The beach was nice and convenient. The ac in the the room made the carpet and bed clothes wet.

Booking online was super misleading. This property is outdated and poorly staffed. Doors don’t close properly, a stranger was able to open our door one night. The bedding is so thin. A strange shortage of towels had me wishing I brought my own bath towels. Wouldn’t rebook.
