I liked we had person unload and load our luggage to the room. I liked the band every night. I like the lounge with karaoke. The beds were comfy. The person checking us in had no personality. Lights at bed didnt work. Freezer slow on freezing ice. Didnt have dish liquid or dish drainer. Room didnt look like computer picture. Ice machines need cleaning. Beach was beautiful with white sand.

Disappointment

Bathroom had long dark hair everywhere. Me and husband have short gray hair. Carpet dirty and lumps and bumps underneath all around. No dish detergent for dishwasher or for hand wash. No paper towels. Could hardly open/close balcony door. The smell of pot smoking in room, in hallway, in elevator and on balcony all week long. Said no motorcycle in main parking garage, but there were. No handicap parking to talk about.

First time in Myrtle Beach and will not be the last. My son and I really enjoyed our stay for his graduation / birthday vacation trip and would definitely be bringing the rest of the family down. Front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful checking in on Monday May 19 at 5 pm. There was not any luggage dollies or bellmen available anywhere. The room and balcony was great. We loved the music at ocean Annie’s. Great to have 2 places to eat on site! Pool and lazy river had so much seating! Sheet was scratchy. Plenty of pillows and we could not use our plug in Roku on the tv. Internet was slow. The view was amazing. The beach was wide with lots of soave; very easy to get to from resort. Rental chairs with umbrellas were available to rent. Area was quiet and clean.

I like the resort setup to have access to amenities like a spa but the upkeep and cleaniness of the room are sub par and the wall re super thin. Ist night was ok and second day was horrible with no sleep due to extra curriculum from the room next door.

Since the units are privately owned and rented out it is hit or miss if you get a clean room or a dirty out dated room. The 1st room we were given 719 had dirty carpets with black stains so bad were we’re scared to take our shoes off so the manager moved us to a different room that was a little cleaner 632 but it had baby roaches in the bed room and bathroom. We just dealt with it and decided to never stay there again

My room was a dump. It was supposed to be oceanfront but the bar and other structures blocked most of the view. It was motorcycle rally week and my room was next to parking area for the motorcycles. Extremely noisy.
