The room was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of doors from previous guests. The room had cockroaches. We went to the front desk and they told me they would give me a partial refund and move me to a different room. I am now chasing the refund because they have not done it. They tried to tell me they were “palmetto” bugs, which are cockroaches! Even saw some on another guests backpack in the elevator. We didn’t move to another room because it seems like it was an issue on the entire property. They also tried to tell me another guest must have brought them in but there were dead ones in the kitchen and it looked like they had previously tried to “take care” of them.

room furniture was dirty, tiles broken in a number of places, needs painting, rust and corrosion on metal fixtures. main bldg had many broken floor tiles making it difficult for guests using walkers. whole facility needs a face lift. the pools, lazy river, pool bar with music were enjoyable features

The location was amazing! Right on the beach. The Cafe and Annie’s Bar were awesome. The restaurant breakfast buffet was average but only $10 so for the price it was worth it. The rooms are older and definitely need some updates. Beds are small and the carpets were worn everything was old. It was clean but could have been cleaner. The few staff I dealt with were friendly. Overall it was fine mostly because of the location. For the price vs what I got room wise probably would pick somewhere else next go round unless they do upgrades. If that doesn’t bother you then I suggest using them.

This is an older property, but I found it comfortable and was perfect for my stay. The only thing that was needed was some updates to the web and perhaps some media plugins on the lamps. Otherwise the stay was wonderful.

Filthy! Our room was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom, kitchen and floors were disgusting. Called about it 3 times and also spoke with manager on duty ( Saturday Night) We had to use towels to cover floor, microwave looked like it has not been cleaned on a year. We left early because it was that disgusting. I can send pictures if you would like. Staff was not concerned with our issue and it was never rectified. I will be reaching out to Expedia with mt complaint. Charges for chairs & Umbrella were outrageous! Parking took an hour to find a spot. Most of the cars DID NOT have a guest pass. I notified to desk and no concern was shown. Would never come back or recommened.
