Gross! This property needs to be renovated! The pictures are very deceiving. It was the nastiest place we have ever stayed. The furniture was falling apart, the sliding balcony door wouldn’t close, the bathtub didn’t drain properly, multiple light bulbs were out, dresser drawers smelled terribly, there were crumbs in the beds, the floor weren’t swept with whole chips left from the prior people, the dishes were covered in food and the walls are in dire need of paint. The list could go on. The only thing decent about this place is the view and pool area. I would never step foot in there again! Stay away!!

Booked this resort for a quick 2-night stay. It’s overall just a decent place. Service, employees were friendly, but the place is definitely in need of some TLC. From rusted bathroom mirrors, and dated decor and fixtures. Maybe that’s in their near future but for me and I family was enough at this time to say that the overall odds of returning are pretty low.

Room had minor maintenance issues. Sink door handle was loose. Kitchenette sink door was off one hinge. Had no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Refrigerator leaked water that drained onto carpet leaving water stains. The room and hallway just looked old and forgotten. Worn down. Woke up in the morning with 25-30 bug bites, even though I looked for signs of bugs.

Had to locate and bring cart to check on with no help... Only one clerk at checkin desk, so was a wait each time I had to get in line. Had to come down for towels, room was not given towels, toilet paper daily. Other than those minor things the saty was great and location was great.
