Started construction at 830 am and banged on the door at 930. The worst mattress ever. Lumpy and could even feel the springs. Pillows are 8x8 and lumpy. Never staying again.

Rooms could use some updating, they were doing construction while we there but they moved us to another tower so we didn’t have to hear it. Great view. Loved the indoor pool & hot tubs. Staff was awesome . Will be back.

I’ve stated here multiple times but this time wasn’t so great. The room I received 1535 was horrible! The vent attached to the light was loud as ever. The room wasn’t stocked with any paper towels or any of the things the rooms are normally stocked with. There were 2 pots and 2 bowls in the cabinets. There was trash on the floor beside in of the beds upon entry. The closet door was left open with a broom dust pan and other things just thrown in. The clock was unplugged and thrown on the dresser upside down. It kind of felt like I was put in one of the spear rooms that the company uses for break time.

New years Eve
I stayed 2 days and 2 nights .The room was excellent, I would tell a friend. They served breakfast but it was for a fee, other than that, I liked it. New Years Eve, there was fireworks on the beach and there was a New Year’s party in the bar, very nice.

The worwt part of this property is there staff. Even after check in time they reaponded in very rude manner that i am just a front desk person and i am not aware of status. After calling multiple times for aome issue in room they didnt care and no one arrived.
