Bed was uncomfortable. Guy on first floor as soon as elevator opens selling discounted cruises. Can’t get to the pools or the beach without dealing with him. Catch is, you have to attend a time share seminar to receive it. That’s not made clear until your purchase the cruise tickets. My loss. Really aggravating when you’re at the beach to relax. Just beware of the snake oil.

Nice weekend getaway
Family of 4, 2 kids, 2 adults. King with whirlpool oceanview was perfect for the layout. During the weekdays it was quiet at night & during the weekends, it was quite the happening spot with the bar raging until past 11pm. Warm indoor pools, cool outdoor pools. Breakfast cafe open in the mornings, in case the room coffee machine isnt your style. Loved our kitchen & made full use out of it!

The only thing we enjoyed was the heated indoor pools for my grandchildren. The worst part was that we were on the top (15th) floor and within our first 45 minutes of being in the room, I had killed 4 roaches. At one point my grandson thought there were "ants" in the bathroom, however they were baby roaches. Again, this was the TOP floor. I would hate to know how bad the lower floors were. I did not complain because I would have been shocked if the staff was not already aware of the problem and we were only there a couple of nights. The bed sheets were extremely clean and so I just made sure no one left anything on the floor and we had some chips and cookies that we kept in the refrigerator. I would never stay here again.
