This place is amazing it’s close to everything the views are amazing the pools area is great for kids and adults alike the restaurant food is delicious the pool bar makes amazing drinks but the thing that impressed the most was the friendliness of the staff from checking in to the cleaning staff to security to the restaurant and bar staff every single person I encountered smiled and said hello asked if I needed anything and when I did they did my request immediately and was pleasant and efficient and truly made me feel like a family member instead of a customer. I will definitely come back and I suggest you check this resort out.

Our suite was very beautiful, but the service was less than ok.I rented a Tower King size suite. The tv in bedroom whet out the second night and we were left to sleep in living room on fold down bed in wall. Please don't plan your trip with this place¡!!!!!

this was much better than we expected. Very clean, and quiet. Had no problems at all. Great communication. The only thing was, there wasn't enough handicap spots for everyone. MY boyfriend is on a cane and had to walk, or either I would have to drop him off and then park. But overall the resort was great.

No real issues with the property. I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, convenient. Having the kitchenette was a huge help considering a lot of the food options around the area are over priced fast food. I believe one elevator was down. So it made it challenging sometimes to get up from the ground floor. Not a deal breaker for me. Location and walk out convenience to the beach was great. Enjoyed the Dj's. The Ex veteran at the elevator desk was super nice and personable. Had a chance to chat with him. He should be the blue print model for front desk staff. While we were chatting he went out of his way to help an elderly man struggling with his wheelchair and the auto door - commendable. One small isolated incident where I was returning back to the hotel while walking through the main parking area. Someone whipped a lipstick case that ricocheted off the pavement and hit me in the ankle. Didn't kill me but it was metal, so you feel it and would definitely split someone's scalp if it hit me or someone else in the head. Mentioned it to the nice security guard. Not sure if it came off another level or someone else in the parking area. Would have been nice to see who did it and if there was camera footage. Other than that, great decision to stay here.

The check in was long yet it’s that season when everyone wants to be here. The amenities are decent but as expected lots of people and children. The room was was okay but nothing spectacular. Close to the beach and dining options. Not far from the airport. A basic option of places to stay in the area. Parking is across the street from hotel.
