Worst place ever very unsafe l have to leave on the middle of the night with my 3 children. People were fighting outside of our room and the staff didn’t do anything for us. Do not waist your money in that place. They ruined our vacation. We are still traumatized

The hotel was very nice and the staff let you know when your room was ready. The tv didn’t work however they sent a repair technician there next day to fix it.

The beds was very small. The pictured discribing the room was not truthful. The discripton of the room was also not truthful. The room describes that it sleeps 5 but it could bearly sleep 4 due to hiw small the beds are. You can also see outside from under your room door. Bugs can get in and you can hear everything outside due to the gap under the room door. I am very disappointed.

The resort was nice. Family friendly. Very lively. Dj is playing music from 9am-11pm. If you are someone who wants peace and quiet this is not the resort for you. If you want it to be lively, this is the place for you. I didn’t like you had to walk across the road to go to the parking deck. The parking deck needed larger corner mirrors on the wall so you can see what vehicles were coming. Also the bathroom was small. Overall it’s a good resort for a good price.

Asked for a room on the higher levels and was not given to us and we stayed there almost a week. Arrived into the room and room was dirty and had to wait a couple hours for housekeeping to clean it since they had no other room like the one we booked available. Hairs all over bathroom and tub. Should have more parking available for bigger families. Have stayed here before and this has not been an issue before so was very dissappointed.
