I'd call this the 'most okay-ist hotel on the beach.' It is a great value at this price-point for a room on the beach. Good location and lots of parking. The room itself was adequate and clean. We rented the cheapest one (ground floor, no ocean view) as we just needed a place to stay close to the beach. The pools are quite crowded so we didn't use them. It does seem like there are a lot of local residents who come and use the facility as no one seems to check who is using the pools and who isn't.

The property was clean, during my stay every morning the pools were cleaned, about 4am the beach was being swept by a mechanical sweeper. The one thing that I didn’t like was room services clean linings was not available unless it was requested, then you had walk to main office to pick it up.

My family love tgis resort. This was our 4th year coming. Very convenient, family friendly if you have little kids and great access to the beach and shopping area. We always have a good time here.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the ocean and a wonderful breeze. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back-it’s our favorite hotel at Myrtle beach now. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

I had two issues when we stayed. One was it’s a no smoking hotel, but no hotel employees to force it other patrons were smoking at the pool and Jacuzzi . My second issue was the housekeeping, we repeatedly told the housekeeping we needed nothing she still repeated to come to the room even tried to enter in the room while we were still sleeping unprofessional there was also a do not disturb sign on the door. Our checkout wasn’t until 12 she started coming to the room at 8:30. To us that was disrespectful everyone has some sort of job to do I think when you’re working in the service industry customer service should be number one priority obviously she didn’t get the memo.

The couch bed needs to be replaced not good to lay on at all. Never seen a house keeper not even once. So I didn’t never get any clean towels my whole stay. Had cats roaming around but it was no pets allowed. Floors need to be mopped was not clean. Elevator need to b serviced and cleaned.
