All the staff were excellent. The rooms could have been cleaner. What ever they use to disinfect the room was awful. The smell was why to strong and a horrible smell. Once it dissipated it was fine. The last is the bedspreads in the rooms, I felt like I was sleeping with a plastic bag. Other than that I was very happy with the hotel.

Stayed for the Shrimp Fest. A very decent hotel that was neat and clean albeit a bit worn. Only hot foods were waffles and toast. It was all good just no eggs nor bacon nor sausage. Convenient to everything but just out of the chaos. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

We have stayed overnight here several times and have never had any problems. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The interior is dated and could use an uplift but overall we have had no major issues.

Our room was non smoking. The entire second floor showed non smoking rooms but the cigarette smell throughout the hallway was overwhelming. Had a quarter of a roll of toilet tissue and no extra rolls.

Unbelievable smell of marijuana on our floor that it was getting even into our room. There was boogers on the wall in our room, the carpet was oddly damp, and the bathroom didn’t look to be cleaned in a while Won’t stay there again

The room and accoutrements were very nice. When attempting to use the bath tub, discovered the overflow valve was MISSING and the jacuzzi function was inoperative… After taking a warm bath, attempted to call the front desk to report the equipment deficiency only th discover that the telephone was DEAD! There was no emergengy communication capability in the room! I used my cell phone to call and report both of these issues. In the morning, I spoke with the day Manager and he was neither surprised nor enthusiastic about correcting either problem.
