The hotel was renovated but is not up to par. Reminds me of an rinky dink hotel. For the price it was not quality. The shower/bathroom is outdated, furniture is outdated. There was not a business office to use computers and print materials. They were always out of towels. Room service was excellent every time we requested towels bed change!

Clean but noisy

The room was nice and clean. However, I made the mistake of ignoring the other reviews that complained about the noise. Being only 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel is almost directly under the flight path of planes landing and is also on the flight path of helicopter tours. To be fair, that noise is only during the day. But the rooms aren’t very sound either. We heard a lot of the activity in neighboring rooms.

It was great however took forever to get towels. There are extra charges that are not included through Expedia so expect about $475 of fees for a week stay. Mini golf is included but they neglect the course to the point it’s pathetic. They could afford to pay handymen to glue the turf back and others to maybe clean the water once every year at least. So much algae and sludge. Other gripe is it’s far from the lobby area. Other than that it’s really a good stay. We enjoyed it and probably come again.

Pulling into the hotel you could already tell it was going to be spotless and clean, check in was easy and simple. Walking into our bedroom was just perfect with the ocean view and access to the pier even better. Breakfest buffet hit the spot and you could even order food after words and take it with you to the beach. All in all everything was amazing and def booking again

Nice property and location. Amenities were very good, and kids loved the slides. Safe in room was broken, as was one of the two elevators which caused decent delays to and from room. Restaurant was good, as was the to-go coffee shop. Would stay here again.

We booked the hotel because of the nice pool area, very positive reviews and Hilton name (service level). Stayed with my wife and two kids (11/16) for 5 days in the hotel. Excellent pool area (a lot of fun for the whole family) with more than enough pool loungers. Rooms are nicely updated and quiet. NOT OK: Pool towels are often not available (sometimes waited for hours), not enough room towels (often got only 2 or 3 new towels), pool umbrellas are very limited, restrooms are not in the pool area (only in the hotel), nobody is checking what is going on in the pool area (dogs, people eating in the pool, garbage), area around pool bar is dirty (broken signs and garbage on the floor = nobody is cleaning this area), pool staff is unfriendly and not willing to help and/or clueless, check in / check out is challenging (asked for room far away from elevator = got room directly in front of elevator, check out at 10AM = nobody at the desk for 10-15 minutes). The gates to beach were closed the entire time (you need to go to the beach through the parking garage or conference center). Would I stay again at this hotel? No. Would I recommend this to friends? No sure.
