The hotel (Ellie) and property itself was very confusing. My Uber couldn’t even find where the Lobby was which hotel is was because the hotel is actually two hotels combined, along with 2 receptions to check in - which is why Google couldn’t find it. Once you actually get into the hotel, you can’t easily access the slide pool by any other way except out through the lobby. You can’t go out any of the other doors and use your key card to try to get into the big pool. I am hoping this is a work in progress. There was zero signage or making guests aware of this during check-in. Do not let the free Wi-Fi fool you because Wi-Fi does not exist in your hotel room. A couple of the other guests told me they were also having trouble so it seems at this point in time they “were just getting a new code”. hopefully that is cleared up in the future. I was disappointed to find that this is not a classic indoor hotel. It is more set up like a motel. Not safe. You have to go outside to access your rooms, which is extremely unsafe for tourists. The the public pier and public beach are only an elevator ride up to your room. Had I known all of this in advance I would not have booked at this “hotel”. The waiting staff and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The only thing that is four stars worthy of this rating are the slides. Otherwise, do not recommend.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have carpet on the floor because I am disabled. I kept slipping in. I had to get someone to help me in and out of the bed. It was a big inconvenience for me. I didn’t enjoy the trip because of that reason.

Love the fishing pier, room are large. Eating on the hotel property is pricey but there are restaurants within walking distance. Damon's is just 4 minutes away with a variety of options.
