Beds was a little hard, hotel could use some updating. The rooms was clean desk clerk always asked if we needed anything and he was super friendly will book and stay here again.

No staff there half of the day. Have me the wrong key and had to call somebody to come open it. No comforter on beds, just 2 very thin sheets. Half the outlets didn’t work

The place is old and it shows. It was clean though, and everything worked. The staff was super nice and you can't step foot on the property without being on camera so I felt they take security seriously. The pool was a bit dirty but we all got in. Just normal outside stuff floating in it and it was late in the day so that tracks. It was considerably cheaper than anything else around at the time so stay there if you are considering it. I will again.

Access to beach was good. The motel was old, needing repair, thorough cleaning, painting, room.had a strong chemical smell like it had just been treated with insecticide.

I never attended the property, but was charged for a room anyhow. I called Expedia last week to reserve a hotel so I can attend Bike week. Expedia sent me a confirmation email, I then called Vancouver hotel to confirm my dates. There were no reservations for me there for me according to Vancouver Hotel. Vancouover insured me that I would not be charge for my stay there because they only charge you when you arrive. I was charged A week later, I get a call from Vancouver asking if I am coming to check in. Between Expedia and Vancouver hotel someone made a mistake in scheduling and it costed me $150.00

As always, we enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly. Michelle at the front desk is a sweetheart. Also a gentleman that is usually there. Maybe the owner or GM. Not sure, but super nice guy. Family atmosphere, always very clean. I would definitely recommend Vancouver to my family and friends that will be visiting MB this summer. And we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

I checked in on Thursday May 22nd and woke up on Friday the 23rd to Bed Bugs. This hotel in Run Down and not clean. Please spend the extra money and find a decent hotel, going cheap is not worth it!!

I paid my balance with cash, receptionist clicked on pay by Credit Card, she said she removed from my Credit Card, I checked my Credit Card account Sunday when I returned home and it is saying it wasn't removed. Older place but clean and reasonably priced. Had an ocean view and was treated to two beautiful rainbows over the water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location to get to other sights in Myrtle or south.

We booked a room based on reviews, which said older property, but clean and safe. We only needed 1 night, as we had a condo booked for the days following. While the front desk help was AMAZING! so sweet and kind and understanding,- the room smelled like a wet ashtray. Was dark, dingy and not at all like the pictures. I don't mind dated as long as it's clean. But this looked more like 2 old prison cells connected by a central bathroom than somewhere I wanted to stay for a night. Once again, front desk was so sweet. They were booked and no other room was available. So she returned our money and we went elsewhere. Don't believe the glowing reviews.

Great location next to beach.Seems hotel has gone hill not as clean etc.Toilet ran constantly.Needs a face lift.Owner super good guy nice and friendly.Wish them best in future and would give another try in future.Watch out office closes at 8 p.m.
