Music too loud could not enjoy the deck no chair or table in the room ac noisy inside and out on the deck when you put your head on the pillow you could hear the buzz of the ac thru the pillow I don't think the pictures give you an accurate depiction of what you are getting hot tub was a ways from where we stayed

The staff needs better training and needs to be able to share same information across the board. The property is old, hallways are smelly, room was old , bathroom door at the bottom had water damage it was warped, rusted hardware, dirty bed covers, and shames, tub rusted. If you are not stating there to take advantage of timeshare presentation or have a timeshare you can forget a nice room stay.

Rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly but it is a beautiful ocean front view. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is huge with everything you need right there.
