Most hot tubs were out of order. Pools were small. Outdoor lay on chairs were brown and really old. Definitely gave motel vibes. Seemed quiet empty and still got lowest level room. View was completely obstructed. Priced not so reasonably well. Expected more.

Having a fishing pier right in front of us was nice the bad air was messed up, hot tub in room didn't work ,lights in living room didn't work,kitchen sink constantly dripped and the air vent leak water from the ceiling in the kitchen floor.when we arrived tub still had sand in it and our sage in room was broke.

I like the location. I like that all staff (office and maintenance) were exceptionally kind and provided great customer service. I did not like that the property needs a total renovation. It literally should be shut down! My room was mostly clean with the exception of mildew on the wall and ceiling of the very old shower and the vent in the bathroom being packed with dust. There was also was a water leak from the ceiling. Maintenance came to clean the mildew and reapir the leak. The water leak stopped for a while but then started again of which I put a pot from the kitchen on the floor to catch the leak...both times. I absolutely would not recommend anyone staying here in its current condition.

I have stayed here several times over the years. This is the first that I was not impressed. 2nd floor, over laundry area I think. Woke up to noise each morning from below. View was awful. Leak from ceiling directly to the left of the bed. Hope it is better if I come back. Staff was very friendly but offered no discount or otherwise.

This was a terrible stay . People smoking weed and cigarettes in the hallways and on the balconies, old non-remodeled unit, parking garage flooded and not very secure as promised. Homeless people and thugs roaming through it every night and last night May 11th 12:15AM there was a domestic disturbance on or around the 8th floor in the south tower . There was screaming, swearing at the top of their lungs , what sounded like furniture being thrown around. My daughter and I were terrified!! I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the building. I was too afraid to open the door and see where the sounds were coming from. It was awful.. I barely slept and have a 10 hour drive today. Not happy. This is the second time that I have booked something through Expedia and have been immensely disappointed. I’m not sure if I will use it again. I’m that disgusted.

Overall I would say it was a good place. Our room did have some cracked tiles in the 'kitchen area' that wasn't good when walking around barefoot. I think it was weird that we had to gather our towels and such and put them in the laundry basket and throw out our own trash. I would think that is what housekeeping is for. Having a fridge and microwave was nice to have drinks or leftover food. I appreciate that all rooms face the ocean with a beautiful view. We would sleep with the sliding door open and hear the ocean waves. I wish the balcony was bigger than the size of my foot so we could sit and relax. The lady at the front desk was nice but didn't give the best information. Also when we asked for them to hold our bags they just had us put them in a room with no tracking. Anyone could have taken our bags and they would have no idea who or when. The property needs some updating but I wasn't mad at the price so I guess you get what you pay for. Great location to the boardwalk and dining options.

I didn't realize the balcony was so small. My size 8 shoes barely fit to stand on it. The room I stayed in the ceiling was cracking and sagging above the toilet. The staff was friendly & nice also the pools were clean and well kept. You have access to the indoor pool and hot tub next door.

Overall it wasn't bad. The toilet ran, the bathroom sink stopped wouldn't come out and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. Convenient to a lot of things. Needs some updating. Nice view right on the ocean.

Our Stay

The rooms were clean and the check in was good. The key to use to get in the room never worked and always had to go get it redone. At desk services we were told they had to replace the battery and the maintenance guy would come and do that which it never was replaced. The smell of weed was so strong coming in and going out. We had to turn off the air conditioner because when it would come on the smell of weed would fill up our room as if we were smoking. Checking out we informed the lady at the desk about the situation and she said she was sorry but they couldn’t knock on doors and do anything about it. I think if it is against the law I’m sure you could call the police or someone to get them out. Other than those two things it was good.

we have a really nice experience. The lady on the lobby was Amazing. pools area clean the small pool was closed not sure why because i was clean and filters on. Very close tho the broadwalk and shopping store. The room and building was clean can better but not for clean is mkre because old building. I was aware about balcony so wasn't a surprise to us. we definitely return for sure for the right price. We got a really gold price this time so I cant complain
