The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed on the fifth floor, apartment was well stocked, crockery, fridge, microwave, kettle as well as coffee, tea, sugar. Radio in the bathroom was a nice touch. Only minus was dust under the bed frame.

THE STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND VERY GOOD VALUE, I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Kazimiers! Beautiful and clean. It was really quiet too despite being central and next to bars. Highly recommend. There were a couple of areas where it can be improved; hooks should be provided in bathroom and bedrooms for ease; improve shower to avoid leaks. Staff were very helpful and speedy in responding prior to our stay. However, some details were lost in reality - sofa bed wasn’t prepared as a bed specially after requesting this and being acknowledged. Overall, still a great stay. Thank you.

The apartment is beautifull, it has everything you could need for self catering and more. It is very centrally located, less than 5 minutes from the main square which has many restaurants.
