Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
If there was a provision to rate 0, i would have. I looked at snaps and reviews and booked for a weekend stay, paid a bomb for the deluxe suite - came to room late in evening , the a/c remote is missing, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, for the extra pull up sofa/bed - no bedding /pillow etc In the morning , asked for two bottles of water and they took 68 mins to get the bottle I paid a bomb for this, over 9k and such pathetic service. stay away from this property like Plague. The local manager and his team are absolutely non coperative and potentially the lack of quality and service. As we were checking out, the reception ladies behaviour to names of people who didn’t respond to our calls for help told me that this wasn’t the first time they had heard about such issues Hope no one needs to go thru this.
