I was on a business trip and stayed here due to proximity of the site I was visiting. There is nothing else around within walking distance. Bed was saggy, and the the room, furniture and furnishings were old and worn out even in the two room suite. Only good thing was the room rate, but maybe "you get what you pay for" applies to this hotel. Do not book the rate that includes breakfast, unless there are many of you in the room. It's MUCH cheaper to just buy breakfast each day.

Superb service quality

The staff have superb service. They kept asking me if I needed anything during my stay until the point it got annoying. Great dinner buffet, reasonable prices for a hotel of its class. There is a live band playing western country music during dinner and will play something to your request. They also have a spa but I did not use it.

Country Inn and suites in mysore was a very comfortable stay. Staff were very courteous and stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool was decent as well.

Awesome Hotel in Hebbal area

This hotel was extremely accommodating - Mr. Kumar was great at managing his staff and the front desk making sure all details were met from arranging car service to dinner, the ambiance was simply amazing! If you're into spa service definitely get a massage by Luna.

Good and comfortable. Room was smaller than I expected from a place advertised as highly as this one. Hotel looked relatively new, but carpets and furnishings were already quite soiled (especially in the common areas). Staff were very friendly, but not professionally trained. Lot of noise in the hallways and we could hear it in the room even late at night. Sounded like the cleaning crew were shouting to each other across the hallway (but I am just speculating). Overall, I would rate this as a good 3-star hotel.

We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's.
