We have stayed here twice. First time was very nice. This time it was horrible. Mattress and pillows terrible. My pillow smelled gross and sweaty and I found black hairs inside pillowcase. Mattress horribly saggy. The main problem we had this time was that they apparently had a planned shutoff of the water in the ENTIRE hotel from 11am - 3 pm and NOBODY notified us. We were in town for an event and werent able to shower or even use the toilet. We asked why we weren't notified and they claim they had called the room phone and nobody answered. That was it. They could've sent an email or stuck a notice under our door or told us during check-in. We then asked for a one night refund because the facilities were unusable and our day was wasted and ruined and were told absolutely not and the desk clerk was very nasty and defensive about it. No apology given. Definitely not the way to run a business. We were understandably upset and told the police were being called and we were to leave premises immediately! Thank goodness for Expedia who immediately stepped in and got us the refund we deserved. We left the property and luckily found the Hilton Garden Inn in Preston who were able to accommodate us immediately. Do better next time Bellissimo!

I loved everything about this property, it was definitely smaller than It looks on line but that didn’t matter, it was very clean, quiet, beautiful and smelled good, couldn’t even tell there was a pool. I loved the bed!! It was amazingly comfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a big fluffy cloud. Linens very clean and great quality, whirlpool was amazing, everything about this place was just right, I will definitely stay again! Thank you Bellísimo for a lovely stay!
