Based on the website, I expected more from this hotel. It was just okay. Nothing special. The decor in rooms and common areas seemed dated; the room/bathroom wasn't particularly clean. On check-in, we were not asked if we wanted housekeeping, so had to call on Saturday to request it and we told we needed to schedule it. How is one supposed to know that??? Also, the room above us must have had elephants in it. The constant noise, while it was occupied was terrible. Every time someone got up in the night, my friend and I were both awakened. There was a group of young women across from us (a bacherlorette party) was extremely loud. Again, we heard them in and out of their rooms repeatedly, late at night. The hotel was so noisy. Definitely would not stay here again; nor would I recommend it.

We attended a concert at Foxwoods Casino and this hotel was conveniently located and provided free shuttle service to and from Foxwoods. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is really nice. Being about 8 minutes from fox woods is great. Definitely worth the stay. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Also hotel close to alot of wineries which they suggested couple. The pool could of been bigger but not a deal brsaker. Definitely would stay again.

Holding Fee if anything is damaged
I like it, I just wish where I booked it room it told me how much the holding fee would be for the room. It’s just always a different price that’s all. I know we get it back but I just wish I knew before hand to be more prepared.

Theataff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They adhere strictly to the quiet rule. Breakfast was okay, but a bit pricey. All in all this hotel is our go to when visiting the casinos in the area.
