I’m not sure why this hotel has the best views. Maybe because it is pretty cleaned but the staff is awful. The customer service was awful. We were treated so badly just for asking questions that I did not wanna even stay but I did anyways. They treated the people after us so much better so maybe that pick and choose who they wanna be nice to but I definitely will not be back. Went with my kids for vacation and had the worst experience. Thankfully we did not stay long as we mainly went there just to leave to Foxwoods so needed a place to stay but not worth it with the customer service there. That is the most important part to me and if you don’t have good customer service then you don’t have a great hotel.

One night stay but it was super nice. The only thing that was wrong was there wasn’t a working TV. When I called the front desk they told me it was because of the rain. A little off putting that you can’t watch tv and with such a lame excuse. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Michelle at the front desk was so nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay! Paul the shuttle driver was so nice and really made us feel safe driving in the snow. My husband forgot his wallet at the hotel and he took us back and brought us back to the casino. He was so kind

Wonderful stay for our tournament. Person at the front desk was very kind and helped us with an easy check in. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Rooms a bit small but other than that - great stay. Will be back
