Amazing stay.
If there was a 10 star scale we would give it an 11. It was that good. The salt water jacuzzi was amazing, the pool was really nice and the service was incredible. There is nothing negative to say about this place other than we regret not staying longer but it will be our to-go place from now on. Thank you to the front desk personnel and the shuttle driver, amazing people.

The room itself was fine. Very clean and very spacious. Called the hotel staff early in the day to see if we could check in early. We were told there was no problem. There were plenty of rooms available rerouted our trip and when we arrived at the hotel, we noticed something you didn’t see in pictures the view out of the one side of the highway and the views out of the other side are cemetery the same cemetery that borders the parking lot they were empty beer, cans, and bottles around the facility as well when we got inside, we were told that no one recall having the conversation and that there are no rooms available The woman at the front desk was nasty not only to me but two other gentleman checking out although the hotel is very close in proximity and very convenient to get to Mohegan Sun, the service and location are definitely not worth it if you had a room facing the highway, the blinds could not be opened at night or even during the day, that is how close it was Even if all that was not an issue for you, the service from the front desk door during the day definitely should be

Property is right on 395. View is of the road or the cemetery that is right next door. There was a young lady at the desk that helped us. She was extremely friendly. Shuttles to the casino if needed. Only a short drive there

It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed our entire stay (Sun-Mon) and that the shuttle to the casino was only active on Friday and Saturday.

Not horrible. Room was clean and staff was friendly, easy check-in. There are electrical wires exposed in the closet which is not ideal. Sat down on the bed to find that the bed is very loud, and walls must be thin as you could also hear the bed in the room next door… that room had a phone alarm go off that sounded like it was next to our heads. I had higher expectations considering it is a newer property but for the price in the area of casino it was ok.

Great Repeat trip
Return trip for the 2nd time. Love the area and the hotel very comfortable. The only negative was the room wasn't ready and had to wait about 40 minutes till it was cleaned. Otherwise was a great time.
