We rented two room for my family of four. In one room, something was wrong with the frame of one of the beds. The slighted movement made it squeak loudly, making it hard to sleep. The desk chair was broken. If you leaned to the side, it would collapse and drop you. The body wash container in the shower was empty. An empty food wrapper was on the floor, next to the garbage can and there was random Skittles candy on the carpet. In the other room, there was a large, sticky, hairy something stuck to the bottom of the bathtub. It actually looked like feces. I brought all of these problems to manager. Even though the sign at the front desk said he was the manager on duty, he denied that he was and said another manager who wasn't there would have to address the problems. That manager never contacted me, but sent a PARTIAL refund to my credit card, without discussing that with me.

Had a great night here. Was super clean and nice. The hotel is super dog friendly, with treats at front desk. The staff was wonderful and super kind. Ash was fantastic and checked us in with ease. This will be my go to lace when my pups and I are in Mystic again.
