Did not even stay the night, Room had bad odor, A/C was never cold, never worked properly. Manager did not change our room, with the excuse that he verified it. Horrible

Needs Updating

The room seemed run down. Toilet paper holder broken, bathroom ceiling tiles need replacing, beds not comfortable & seemed old. It definitely needs a remodel!

1. There was hair on the pillows in our room. 2. The faucet was coming apart on the sink. 3. Cable wasnt working and called the front desk to have someone come up and no one showed. 4. Shower was dirty 5. Grounds were not in good shape. 6. The walls were too thin and could hear other peoples conversations. Overall not happy with the experience

DO NOT STAY AT HOWARD JOHNSON MYSTIC

The Night Manager did not want to change our room when we specifically told him the A/C was not working properly. I said please change our room, he would not. Using the excuse that he checked and it was fine. We want back it was not fine. We asked for another room, he said NO. I had two rooms, we left we did not even stay the night. It was a two noght stay. We relocated down the road at a BEST WESTERN, 100x times better. They said they get people who leave HJ constantly.
