The only complaint is, is the hotel room doors slam shut very loudly. Being in my room and hearing people leave their rooms, I was startled a couple times even out of my sleep on how loud it was. Other than that my stay was very good.

Nice large room, comfortable beds, excellent front desk staff. Wish the shower had a shelf to hold shower items. Ice machine on 3rd floor somewhat inconvenient since our room was on the first floor. Would return.

The staff were very professional and friendly ready to help. The manager Jaime was very sweet and helpful and top notch when it came to interfacing professionally with the guests and insuring a sparkling clean hotel and super clean rooms, clean crisp bed linens, clean rugs, clean window sills, clean bathrooms. Very clean hotel. It is also very well located. Delicious included buffet breakfast. Thank you Jaime!

This place was wonderful, i only gave it a 4 star because housekeeping never came by to refresh the room. I notified the front desk at 3 pm, and then at 5pm, i told them only to give me fresh towels and dont bother coming anymore at that point..i think the housekeeping staff is short handed.
