We stayed here one night and hung out in the Mystic area for the weekend. The hotel was very clean and the entire staff there were all friendly and welcoming. It is walking distance to Old Mystic Village and food places. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. We had a great experience.

The staff were not very friendly. We had to ask multiple times for towels and blankets as there were 4 of us and the room didn’t have enough. We stayed for 3 nights and never replenished coffee or clean cups or towels.

This was a great hotel for our family with 2 teens. We had 2 beds & a couch. It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean and felt comfortable. It’s not really walkable to anything, but it was all close enough to drive in a short amount of time.
