We missed our ferry to Orient point so got a last-minute reservation, and went and had dinner in Mystic and then drove to this property, so we got here at about 915, and the entire evening staff was all sitting in the office for a solid 8 to 10 minutes as we were standing, waiting to check in and another group of six people in front of us were all standing at the lobby, waiting to check in. When the people finally came out of the office, it looked as though they were having a dinner break with no one on the floor in the lobby. We easily could have taken all of the snacks and beverages from the open Area or for that matter thieves could’ve walked into the lobby. There really needs to be some evening shift re-training.

The property itself was very nice and the staff was absolutely beyond friendly and accommodating. The grounds looked fantastic and were very well kept. The only thing I would’ve maybe liked to see a more equipped gym facility and I’m more expensive breakfast option.

Excellent stay, didn't want to leave.

One night, while visiting an account nearby, and I loved this hotel a LOT. (I'm usually partial to Res Inn.) I stay in hotels at least 3 nights a week. The mattress is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The towels were lg and super soft. Friendly staff. Restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious room. I will def stay again when I'm in this area.
