Was given the incorrect room for the night and the key didn't work at first. The manager had to let us in and reprogram the keys. Inside the room the sink was cracked and broken with multiple stains on a lot of the furniture. The pool had a ring of green algae around the top and was cloudy in addition to the hot tub being non functional with just two "caution" tape signs bearly holding onto the tub. Lobby was nice and the bar looked great but nothing else about this property was worth it. Definately avoid.

I paid for a room with jetted tub and didn’t get the room I paid way too much money for. Plenty of other hotels to choose from. Don’t go here.

The pictures online make this place look great. Our room was on ground level. The window screens have holes in them. 1 window didn’t lock in our room. The room smelt very musty. We went across the street to buy a fan to move air around, and a glade plug in. The shower wall had a hole in it, looks like someone punched it. If you want to have the windows open, they would not stay open. Definitely would not want to have the window open. The halls in the building are not well lite, carpet is old and stained. There was an old water line sticking up out of the floor in 1 hall. We arrived on a Friday evening 10/4/24. Booked a room with the Jucuzzi tub/room for 2 nights. I was told that those were all booked, even though that was the room I booked. Enough said about our 2 night stay, we stayed for a total of 10 hours and left.

The coffee maker in the room had a part missing, there was mold along the floor edge of the bathtub, there was no breakfast available. Parking was very crowded and not convenient to our room. The pillows were very mushy and not comfortable. The only positive aspect was it was close to everything that we were doing during our stay.
