Property smells like stale cigarettes, the rooms are very old, there is no elevator, have to walk to the basement to get breakfast or go to the pool only area that seems to be updated is the lobby bedding has burn holes in them, stains on carpets, stairs and chairs in rooms

Found bugs in the bed, was bitten. Not bedbugs but some other slithering bug. Got locked out after midnight and had to get another key. I do not recommend this hotel.

Stinky and gross

Overall hotel was old and rundown, dirty and smelly. The musty smell in the room was overwhelming. Completely gross. Worst hotel experience I ever had. Would have immediately left had it not been very late with a tired kid.

After reading many reviews after booking our stay, I was very optimistic. While the hotel needs updating, our room was clean and quiet. The jetted tub worked, but was very, very loud. I was afraid to use it too long as I may be disturbing other guests. All and all, we would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was great-lots of options available for either a quick bite or a sit down meal. The pool area is small, but clean and well maintained. If we come back, I would stay here again :)

Room did not compare to photograph online. Room needs a great deal of updating. Restaurant was Indian food only, no other choices. Entry keys were difficult to work getting into the building where your room was. Room was small and dark.

A lot of things were out of service at this hotel. No ice. No elevator. The fridge in my room was broken and leaking water. When I checked in towels were on the floor to soak up the water. It was dirty and smelly inside. Reception was not very helpful when I complained. Maintenance was very helpful the next day and replaced it. Overall it wasn’t very clean and had. Strange smell. But it was affordably priced. My kids enjoyed the pool.

The only thing that was good was the jetted tub. Breakfast was okay, by the time I got to the conference room in the basement to get breakfast, all the food was cool/cold. The bagels were great. The room was overall clean but the bed was not comfortable, it felt like a cheap springy bed and the pillows did not give ANY neck support. The pool water looked clean but the pool room was very outdated and the hot tub does not work. The ice machine is out of service and if want to refill a water bottle, you have to travel to the basement to find the ONLY water fountain in the hotel. (Not even cold drinking water). The interior of the hotel was rough looking, as you walk the halls, you’ll notice holes in the walls and ceiling panels broken, there’s a ton of dead bugs in the windowsills in the stairwells and the overall smell is weird, not smoke but doesn’t smell the cleanest.

Entry ramp ticketing and falling apart. Hallways were not air conditioned and smelt like smoke and por. Room smelt and was damp. Got charged for a roll away bed when I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids. Area found to the indoor swimming and breakfast was needed up dating had cracked tiles and was dark. Breakfast plates were flimsy. Only good part was the breakfast.

The staff I encountered were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was not hot tub as advertised on Expedia, so I was a little disappointed. Overall, a good hotel with lots of shopping and things to do nearby.
