It was a terrible trip. We booked 2 nights/2 days and left a day/night early because of the terrible accommodations. There was no water for a shower, it was old outdated and dirty, there was rust and mold on the ceiling above the shower, there were stains on the furniture and on the ceilings above the beds, the tv didn't work well, the fridge leaked water everywhere, and the beds were hard as rocks. I asked the hotel to please refund me the one day/night we didn't stay for and they refused. I filed a complaint with their corporate company.

Got a key to a room that wasn't ready 2nd room coffee maker didn't work. Low water pressure and sink drain clogged water pools and dirt stays in the sink because of how slowly water goes down. TV remote doesn't access all the functions that the original remote would.(limited channels and functions available) Exit Door closest to my room initially wouldn't unlock had to walk the length of hotel and wedge door open to bring my luggage in. (This was rectified after I got in my room) Expedia had the room I booked listed as a "hot tub" room.... This it was not. Next time I'm in this area I will look for a better lodging option.

The room we were in had dirt in the tub, and the walls in the shower were slimy. The floor was soft and felt like it was going to crumble beneath us. The walls had chipsnin the paint. The beds were so unconformable and smelled so strongley of perfume. My husband and I checked out a full day ealry because of this and the staff did not care to listen to our concerns. I would not reccomend this property.

The staff were helpful and if you want cheap that’s what they do best. It’s so run down with shower heads broken away from the wall, huge stains on the couch, broken bathroom floor, shower curtain was hanging on by only 4 of the 10 hooks, and the hot tub has been out of order for over two years. It’s just bad.

I purchased a room with a jacuzzi tub, only to find out once i arrived and checked in, that they had already been booked. Went to use the hotels jacuzzi, which was listed as available, only to find out that it was being repaired. Asked the manager on duty how long it had been that way and he told me 2 years, yet they still advertise it. They also advertise saunas, they werent working, and they advertise a heated pool, which was also not heated.

I have been coming here for years .. it is a beautiful property. I had a jacuzzi room it did not disappoint. The room is super clean and fresh. There is a Walmart and grocery store and plethora of spots to eat chain restaurant, and non-chain restaurants. It is also super close to a lot of entertainment, beaches, and parks in the area and the Navy base too.9

Was given the incorrect room for the night and the key didn't work at first. The manager had to let us in and reprogram the keys. Inside the room the sink was cracked and broken with multiple stains on a lot of the furniture. The pool had a ring of green algae around the top and was cloudy in addition to the hot tub being non functional with just two "caution" tape signs bearly holding onto the tub. Lobby was nice and the bar looked great but nothing else about this property was worth it. Definately avoid.
