The staff member did not get our reservation correct. Other staff members had to come to our room to verify where we were staying. The continental breakfast was poor. The physical property is showing its age. Finding the hotel was challenging as there was no street signage.

It was a good spot--we were close enough to spend a few quiet mornings at the beaches of Niantic and also take days trips to Mystic. The toilet in our hotel room was not working--the staff tried to fix it. They were not able to so they upgraded us to a suite. It was very kind of them and we appreciated that very much.
