We were welcomed whole heartedly and also the room was awesome. I came down from Ft Worth for my nephews wedding with a broken clavicle and was still able to sleep as comfortable as possible in the wonderful room we were given.

A few highs; mostly lows; maintenance needed

The staff are friendly and very helpful with excellent directions and suggestions. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortably furnished, but it was uncomfortably humid, perhaps because of an incredibly noisy room-style air conditioner that cycled on and off every 3 minutes through the night! Something is very wrong there. In the 3 minutes that it was quiet, the traffic noise coming from a busy street about 100 feet away, sounded as though it was right outside the window. The bathroom sink faucet did not provide cold water after the first 10 seconds of use. It was all warm or hot. Also, the sink drain needed a clean out as it filled up when you were just washing your hands. And the entry door stuck, perhaps because of the high humidity in the room.

Clean and enjoyable

We were impressed by how clean everything was, we saw housekeeping dusting the high areas, pressure washing the air conditioning units, and cleaning the dining room chairs. Staff went out of their way to smile and engage customers. Overall an excellent stay.
