I stayed for one night before a cruise. They gave a room where the window faced a wall, thus it was like it did not exist. Overall the staff was not friendly. I have booked another night on the way back - so unfortunately I have to stay here again !!

For a hotel where most people are just passing through to other destinations, this hotel nonetheless is welcoming and friendly, the food is good and the rooms clean and comfortable. The location right next to the airport is great and the shuttle service is quick and efficient. Excellent customer service!

Fiji Gateway Hotel welcomes you with warm hospitality. Even though we were several hours before checking, we were shown our rooms in 20 minutes. Very relaxing, diverse activities. & good variety of food. I only wish they had wifi in rooms,rather than only in dining and lounging area.
