We had a pool room downstairs. Perfect for us for our 4 night stay. The only problem I found was we have been coming to Fiji Gateway for quite a few years and in the last year the menu has not changed, there are no daily specials on a blackboard to add interest to the menu. The fish is only one type of fish it is the reef fish, very strong and a tough fish. There are so many other fish to add to the menu. Why not a different fish menu as a blackboard special. We will be back in early 2025 I hope to see some changes to the menu so we want to keep eating there. Also found $28 dollars a little pricey for just a continental breakfast, especially that other small resorts other a full breakfast included with your room.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fiji Gateway Hotel. Close to the airport. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Bula! Vinaka were words you felt sincerely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Fiji.

Due to a flight delay on the part of the airline that was completely out of my control, I missed my connecting flight to Nadi and could not attend the 2-day stay I had booked. Expedia has asked you for a refund due to the delayed flight, and received a response that said "No". That is really disheartening because I often stay at Fiji Gateway Hotel, and everytime I fly to Fiji I always go there for breakfast before anywhere else. I am so disapppointed that I am being punished for something that is out of my control

Decent Hotel overall with some issues
A good hotel overall but there were a couple of issues. You had to pay for WiFi and it was not very strong. Pretty slow actually most of the time. Also the room keys do not work at the gym. You have to go to the front desk every time you want to work out. And the key sometimes did not work. Very annoying. Breakfast was very minimal unless you paid for extras.
