Everything seems good except they fail to either accept a 3 adults booking for 3 bed in deluxe room and charge extra for 3rd one at the counter OR they fail to show detail for extra charges online. In the side to shopping mall coconut tree are very may cause serious danger in case coconut fruit fall or the whole tree fell off.

Food was not well cooked. Long wait at check in. Room door was not secure. Damaged chain lock and beam beside door. Room service isn’t room service. Had to walk to restaurant downstairs to pick up and carry food to room. Mattress too old and hard.
