We loved the Hilton and the effort by all food and beverage staff to make us feel so welcome and special for our anniversary. We were disappointed with the check-in and checkout staff and experience. They were not responsive, timely or welcoming. The time spent at front desk ended with frustration, with little effort made to accommodate our requests. All other staff throughout the resort were exceptional. Their smiles, laughter and energy was infectious.

Great property. We had a really great stay at the Hilton Beach Resort and Spa. Great pools, views and restaurants. Maravu restaurant was amazing. Pan asian foods with a great selection. Staff were always friendly and willing to help whenever they could. Will stay here again one day.

Our 2nd trip here and probably our last ! The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond for you . Downside was our room right next to reception and the noise and lights that directly affect your sleep . Two nights was enough and thankful to get out of here to a quieter location . Whoever thinks having room right across from reception is a good idea is a moron

Staff are friendly and welcoming however there is an obvious need for operational management. The service at the restaurants is certainly not 5 stars. Property maintenance requires significant attention. Probably won't be returning.

the property is beautiful but need a little touch up stairs caution yellow safety line need to be repaint and pool area need to be more update and dirty pool area ground keeper need better presentation and dinning need better american menu plus mexican food menu is my recommendation but the staff is wonderful and polite loved thank you .

Everything was good except the bathroom sliding door needs two people to close, BBQ didn’t light. Everyone ( locals) have cell phone and it says local calls are free but not. My wife was injured while getting on the transport bus and treated with the staff.We filled out the incident report.The staff were very helpful and apologized for the incident. The next morning they sent a plate of fruits. When checking out we asked for the incident report but wasn’t given.

Ordinary breakfast. Most time during our 6 days stay, milk and juice got empty by 10 am. Coffee machine was broken or had issues. Vegetarian/vegan options were limited. Staff overall were always cheerful and happy except the staff in restaurants. Most of them were grumpy. They don't allow to get food from different restaurants even if that was bought inside the Hilton.

I had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Fiji. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were wonderful—always ready to help with anything we needed. However, the food options were somewhat limited and could use improvement. Overall, a relaxing getaway, but consider exploring nearby dining options!

It was the perfect getaway for us as there were multiple restaurants, bars and areas to relax. The separate adults only areas were good and enabled us to have the relaxing holiday away from our children that we were after. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
