Staff in reception and management were great. Service in restaurant was poor and super slow but they expected tips haha no way I say. the food was a hit and miss I could eat most back in Oz. Get a taxi for $10 & try in at Nadi heaps cheaper, Still a great place to stay

Good front desk service. Parking lot is limited, but you can easily park at the street. Big tour bus cannot drive in due to narrow road, so if you join a tour, you will be drop off nearby and walk a few mins to get back the hotel.

The property was clean and well maintained. The food didn’t have much taste, and the food at other restaurants on the beach were the same. The olive tree restaurant nearby was very good and good prices. Food at resorts around there was pricey. The vibe wasn’t great but it could of been the time of year we went, which was middle of September.

We have traveled through out Fiji and this by far was the least friendly and somewhat dingy place The beach strip is nice but the facilities are minimal and are just not a clean feeling. We ate at a nearby resort and stayed at the other resort pool as well :/. Happy we just had the one night here

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the beach with great food options both at the beach and on the top of the hotel. Its proximity to the airport and a nearby marina makes it very convenient for travelers. However, I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff. I mistakenly booked my departure a day later and requested an extension upon arrival. The staff assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, but the day before leaving, I spent over 30 minutes in confusion and stress because they couldn't seem to extend my stay as promised. It took several hours and the intervention of the general manager to finally secure a room, for which I am grateful. Despite the GM's efforts, the front desk’s handling of the situation was disappointing and could have been managed much better.

could not sleep all 3 nights as the aircon was too noise and did complain the next day but was told that it’s normal. also only 1 key for 4 guest upon asking they said sorry they don’t have any more. limited parking. totally waste of time as came to fiji this time to relax but could not sleep at all. i made a video of noisey aircon if need be can send it. I do understand that things are not 100% and have to compromise but this was just was too much.
