The stay was quite nice overall , the staff are lovely and were instrumental in catering to our needs at all times. The only thing that even though was not so fussed about but thought could have been better was my room location. I had booked an ocean view room and even though the staff did assign me one . It did not have a very open view of the ocean. But other than that I would rate my stay quiet highly and will definitely return to Sheraton if I travel back again. 🙂

The Sheraton has great facilities, rooms were super comfy and clean, beds were fantastic - proper king bed (not too singles pushed together like other hotels nearby). Staff were lovely but service is very very slow and orders are sometimes missed or forgotten. Other than that the place is fantastic. Staff probably just need to be paid more and trained better by the company, so we took the service as Fiji time and often ordered a double round to save the long waits.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The weather was a bit disappointing. There was a lot of maintenance going on which was quite noisy. Also a lot of families with small children. The sea was lovely to swim in by the resort

The staff are lovely, as is their amazing singing! The swim up Bar is fun. Fire dancing and torch lighting is great to see. The Bar and Grill (Tataku?) had amazing food. Recommend the Eye Fillet and Octopus for Mains. Also, they do a tasty Passionfruit Collins! You can watch the Sunset facing west from the pool bar. This resort is much calmer and not for the roudy types. If you like that type of resort with mass activities (think Bali big groups) try the Hilton which is also on Denarau. 4th stay here and always lovely.
