It’s nice and beautiful! Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff are above and beyond. You can use the two hotels next to the Sheraton since they’re connected at no charge. Sheraton is by far the best and nicest hotel compare to all the hotels near by including walking distance.

Location is good. Staff not as friendly compared to another hotel we stayed in Denarau. Not enough towels were given for all staying. There was no soft drinks or even water included in the dinner package which is pretty basic. Not happy with Sheraton service according to what we paid for our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet had lots of flies, as did the hotel room. This is not acceptable at all for the expectations I had for Sheraton.

Staff was friendly and great. Checking up on me when I was sick. Lots of food options around the place. Easy to walk to. Convenient options to go to Port Denarau marina. Good entertainment around the resort when it was raining.

Sheraton take note!
We got the all inclusive for a couples vacation. I have been traveling on holidays for 7yrs. This was the 1st time I was excluded from the New Year's party as a paying guest. I could understand having a separate drink package for the night, but they had the party roped off on the beach so you couldn't even dance in the lit space of the DJ/dance floor. Rude and greedy on Sheraton's part. There was also much confusion over how the all inclusive worked, but again it seemed like a new thing corporate did not know how to apply. I still rated this place highly because the staff was the highlight of the hotel!! They remembered my name, my party! Every member of the staff greeted you as if they knew you and were glad you were there. Also the food was phenomenal. They had so many options in the buffet and items were labeled for dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy, etc.) which was much appreciated. Lastly, the layout was really odd; like restricted barrier from ocean and pools with no path from the beach. Not the best start to the trip, but would recommend overall.
