This hotel was very comfortable, rooms were generous and the amenities in the room were wonderful! It is a great location in Naflio to walk to many restaurants and shopping - a perfect location!!! The only thing that could be improved would be the options at breakfast.

We really loved our 1st floor room with the outdoor patio and jacuzzi. Excellent resturants nearby within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is located within the old town within walking distance to all restaurants, cafes and shops near to the sea front; parking at the port was adequate. Our King suite was spacious with a separate bedroom and a separate area with jacuzzi overlooking the castle. Service was number one! Both hosts that we interacted with during our stay were very warm and welcoming; Marianna carried our luggage to and from our room and gave us excellent visit itinerary as well as dining suggestions. A memorable stay in Nafplio!

Great location, nicely renovated, modern

Perfect location, near to harbour and old town. Parking is very neat, about 100-200m, free. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, great service, very stylish decor, new, and great lighting in the room. Nice toiletries too. Balcony is big and room is well sound proofed.

They did not have room for my first night and sent me to a different hotel. No help to get luggage up to the room-no elevator access. Nobody to help move back to Espero. Espero has 31 steps up to room! No elevator. Room was supposed to have sea view. Had to get to balcony and crane your neck for the sea view!!

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Nafplio on foot, and staying here as a solo traveller I have felt extremely safe. I originally booked two nights but have ended up staying on for another two nights. The staff are lovely, speak English, and have also helped me with directions and recommendations for sightseeing and local restaurants. My room is lovely. I have dined in the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and both were enjoyable. The only downside is that the rooms with the “city view” currently overlook a building undergoing construction. This doesn’t bother me much as I am usually out but if you want a pleasant view, be sure to book a different room. The noise hasn’t been too bad, however. I would 100% return again.

We felt that the staff under communicated the difficulty it is to get to this property. There is no where to park close to the property to even drop your stuff off. We had to park about 1/4 of a mile from the location. We had blood stained sheets the 1st night we were there and when we realized the sheets were stained that there was no one there. In the am we told the reception person and the basically scoffed at us and told us that the cleaning lady wouldn’t be there until the afternoon.

Loved every moment or day. The entire staff was so accommodating. I would like to thank Jim in particular, although everybody was great. The hotel is fabulous. The only issue somebody might have is that the breakfast is not a traditional “Greek buffet” breakfast. There was nothing wrong with it as much as just it’s not what you might have. Come to expect from other hotels in Greece. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
