２４時間のフロントという事でしたが、フロントにはいずに呼んでも出てこない事が多かったです。 3泊しましたが、鍵も預けられず、3日とも持ち歩きました。 ただ外人の方のフロントでしたが、気持ち良い挨拶、接客をしてもらいました。 設備は隣の音が丸聞こえでした

As the name suggests, the hotel is literally seconds from the station. As such, you are close to many restaurants and shops. As it was extremely hot during our stay, it was a big plus being able to navigate to the different restaurants and shops without having to leave the comfort of air conditioning during the hottest parts of the day. We would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and its great location. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Kagoshima! Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Decent room. However the room smelled and the air-conditioning only had 2 settings - warm or fan, neither of which provided much air flow.

Room and amenities were great. Staff was both friendly and professional.
