The room was lovely and had lots of complimentary items. Highly recommend the breakfast, very yum and the staff are very friendly. Convenient location to the Zengoji Temple too.

We had a great stay. Check in was easy, the rooms are clean and the staff was great. The location is close to a lot, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Only downside is the age of the bldg, internet and phones were not working.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the cleaning staff who always made sure our fridge was adequately stocked with complimentary refreshments. Clean towels and slippers were always waiting for us in our rooms.

Average stay

JAL hotel was about 10 minutes from Nagano airport. It’s midway between the station and the temple. The hotel was ok and the rooms were also OK: a bit on the small side. The launderette was always crowded or people were using it. Service was also average, your regular business hotel. Glad we only stayed 2 nights

One should avoid this property if traveling by car or having dietary restrictions, as it falsely claims to have parking availability. I would never have chosen it without JAL name on it. However, the receptionist at the check-in desk did help secure parking for an additional charge, which was a relief after a long ski and drive.

Comfortable sizeable rooms
