最初禁煙の部屋なのにタバコの臭いがして、部屋を変えてもらいました。 対応は丁寧でした。 毎朝掃除の時間を聞かれるのはやや面倒でした。

全体的に不親切でした
フロントが夜は不在、朝も6：30〜8：00（8：30？）のみ滞在です。 電話も留守番電話なので何かあっても対応してもらえません。 予約したサイトではチェックアウトが正午だったが部屋の注意書きには10時とあり、時間を過ぎると超課金と書かれていたので、確認したく電話してもずっと留守番電話でした。 朝、チェックアウトはカードキーをカゴに入れるだけで、荷物も預かってもらえず…。 新しいけど、街の外れで観光には便利ではなく、この対応だと観光での利用はお勧めできません。 フロントの方も不親切だと感じました。 荷物を送るのは着払いのみで箱は無いと言われたので、どこか手に入るところはありますか？と聞くと「クロネコヤマトや佐川の営業所を探したらどうですか？」と言われましたが、50mくらい先に郵便局がありました、他のホテルではこう言う情報はいつも教えてくれます。
