参りました。部屋ロック(Ｕ字)が壊れていて、室外に出た時に勝手にロックされてしまいました。再度入室することができず、荷物が室内に残ったまま閉め出されました。スタッフの方が対応してくれましたが、どうにもならず。結局、車の中で寝ることになりました。後日、荷物を取りに行くことになり、再訪問しました。最悪でした。

部屋の外の音はほぼ聞こえないので静かに過ごせた施錠の解錠は暗証番号4桁なので鍵を持ち歩く手間が省けて便利部屋を出る時にピピピと音が鳴る止め方が分からなかったが1分ほどで鳴りやんで施錠された

フロントの人が日本語をよく理解しない

受付の人が日本語をよく話せないので、困った。 4桁の番号、例えば「1234とコメ印」というのだがそのコメ印がよく分からない。文字を印刷したものも見せるのだが意味不明。アスタリスクならまだ分かりやすいものの、見せられたのは「1234※」であった。何のことか皆目分からない。そういうわけで部屋に入るまでにかなりの時間が掛かった。

とてもキレイで、部屋も広さがあり、とても良かったです。部屋にお皿とコップはあるけど、包丁がなく、あれば持ち込んだものでも過ごせそうです。受付で1日ひとつ、冷凍パスタ等がもらえるサービスも何気に役立ちました。
