Great stay. Quick and helpful service.
Clean and simple room. Spacious for the price, at least compared to others I've seen. Staff was very accomodating. Good security and English support. Walking distance from Nagoya Station and many quality restaurants, but go early! Including the restaurant situated below the hotel, they fill up fast!

Good price & location. Room is clean & tidy. Staff is helpful. Toilet and shower work well. The dark side is not enough heat. Room is cold. Great idea that room card can force elevator to arrive at the designed floor, which is more safe.

Convenient place to stay
It is very convenient to JR as well as other Train Lines. 10 min walking. The single room that I had was small. But (1) I could not complain for the price, and (2) it made up in being very clean and filled with all kinds of amenities. There are many restaurants near by. And for those who are good in navigation, it is only a few minutes walk to Exit 4 of Unimall which is connected by a myriad of underground walkways to JR station and beyond. So even on a rainy or cold day, you only have to brave it for a few minutes.
