The hotel overall is very pleasant. The breakfast is good. The banning of people with Tattoos from the baths is poor and the beds are too hard these days.

The hotel is acceptable but not great. The back street has a lot of clubs, girls standing on the stairs and streets, not very good since I am traveling with a teenager. Breakfast ends at 9 which might be common in Japan but for foreigner this is too early. Walk to subway is far, not 5 min as some review said. The public bath is indeed very good.

ルートインのカタカナに若草色？の看板がすごくホテルを安っぽく感じさせるのが残念😢 アパホテルなど新しいホテルが近くに建っているのでどうしても古い印象を受ける。バスタブの蛇口が水漏れしたり、、 でも、フロントもとても感じがよく、大浴場も綺麗だったし、客室もお掃除がいきどどいていてとても快適でした❤️朝食のバイキングもよかったです。総合して大変満足でした^_^
