The hotel was close to transit with lots of restaurants nearby. Staffs were really friendly and were very helpful during our stay, especially when we were having trouble figuring out our luggage transfer forms. They were able to make the process much easier. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Service and staff attitude as a whole is fine, because we did not have any chance to get in touch with them except at the time we checked in. But one point being worth mentioning is that the hotel staff would switch the one-way escalator (which is all the way going up) to cater the need of ONE Japanese customer and disregard the need of other hotel users (including us, who were at that time coming back and had to use the escalator to go up to the hotel lobby). It is very interesting and let us experience how “welcoming” the Nagoya people are.
