Good location. Restaurants close to hotel. Clean comfortable room. The challenge with this hotel is that it specializes in weddings and during the weekend the wedding party and guests take over the hotel. It's difficult to get into the elevator when the wedding guests take over the lobby. Not to mention waiting a long to me for elevator . The most disappointing experience of our stay was breakfast on Sunday. It was offered in the bar so you seating was limited and uncomfortble. Even after they gave you a reservation for a specific time for the buffet. When you got there, there were no seats available. And the worst thing was the buffet was set up in another room with poor lighting. You could not see what was offered. And to boot, you had to stand in line again at the buffet. A s a hotel guest, I felt like I received second class service!
The hotel lobby is newly renovated but the rooms are not. Rooms are dated and there are burn marks to my room carpet and faulty furniture. Rooms need TLC.
The location is really good, take 5mins to sakae station by walk. There were so many nice japanese restaurant around the hotel and did not feel any dangrous when walking at night! staffs were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay again at this hotel next visit.
Decent hotel for the price in Nagoya's entertainment area, quite a convenient location. Room was small (to be expected) but it was quite clean and quiet.
A few points that were annoying were the lack of WiFi and inability of front desk staff to solve problems. Front desk staff weren't helpful at all with getting an iron to my room (they told me I would have to wait for two hours). After asking multiple people on different floors, I was finally able to find staff that helped me.

Only good for short stay.
Eventful area with lots of bar, restaurant and lounge.
However, this hotel management system is a little rigid in managing their room arrangement and services.

Average hotel for 1-2days stopper
The hotel system is quite rigid. The 1st day room is quite small but after changing my room on the 2nd day, the room is acceptable.
The hotel area is full of eventful activities at night. Bar, lounge and Japanese restaurant. Subway station is about 5-10mins walk depend which station you go.
For overnight or short stay is still fine.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
near to shopping mall and train
Near to metro about 6 minutes walk...easy access to shopping mall and good for money.
The hotel is within a couple of blocks of the centrally-positioned Sakae subway station and within easy walking distance of the Nagoya TV tower, major department stores, and Nagoya's entertainment and red light districts. It had some of the biggest, cleanest, and best-appointed rooms I've seen in Japan for the price range.
Hotel looks really nice. Staff is friendly. Room had a dirty sock that was missed by the cleaning astff, and despite advertising free WiFi it's only available to SoftBank users. Had to leave the hotel to fond a cafe to access the Internet.
