The staff have really good English They are very helpful on our luggage forwarding The rooms are very clean It’s very close to the public transport, Shinkansen, local trains and buses. Very good shopping area and amazing restaurants Do recommend this hotel for your next trip in Nagoya!

The location is very convenient, well connected to Meitetsu, JR and Shinkansen, all rooms start from 18 floor with a nice view, the sofa area by window side in the room allows a great relax space for sunrise/sunset, the meal coupon for dining on 12/F and 13/F is also a plus. The only downside is that there are no basic amenities replenishment after pressing DND button, perhaps a bag of minimum supply would be helpful.

Convenience yet not baby friendly
Nagoya JR Gate Hotel is very convenient. Easy to access public transport. A huge carpark in the same building. Many types of restaurants downstair. Nagoya is famous for family travel with kids. However, Nagoya JR Gate Hotel does not offer any baby bath basin/tub for my toddler to use. Also, they dont have any bed rail for toddler. Moreover, there is no weighing scale in the bathroom. I do hope that they can provide the above things in the future
