This was a nice hotel. It seemed to be more suited for business travelers but I have to say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. During our stay a large tour group arrived and they were lined up for the elevators, staff escorted us up first so we didnt have to stand in line. Very nice touch. The hotwl is close to everything and have all the basic toiletries. Only complaint is they lock the thermastat so the room was hot and we could not cool it down. We came across this issue at several hotels. Overall a nice hotel that I would recommend if staying in this area of Nagoya.

The hotel was good but depends on what you book for, I booked 3 months before my stay, paid same price as my friend. However, he got a better room on higher floor than me. We paid almost the same price but his room is much new and clean than mine. So no idea how do they arrange that

It was an ok stay.

“We had an unfortunate incident at check-in. The hotel claimed that we had booked a smoking room, which we absolutely had not. We were traveling with two small children, so a smoking room would have been bizarre. We had to pay an extra 4,000 yen for a different room and wait 30 minutes for it. This was very difficult as we were traveling with a two-year-old and a five-year-old. However, the room was spacious and comfortable. Personally, I wasn’t too fond of the breakfast. Buffets in general don’t feel very ‘eco-friendly’—a lot of food gets wasted.”
