The room is perfect. It exceeds the value that you pay for the room. I love the design and everything they provide. They even top up daily skincare packs for you. The staff speaks very good english and are very friendly. Small downside is that its quite a bit of walk away from the train station.

Very small room that could barely fit 3 single beds. Carpet in room was filthy, and after seeing the 50 year old vacuum held together with duct tape the poor cleaners used - it was no wonder the carpets were so bad.

This was a great stay. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Hotel restaurant and bar were convenient and offered nice selection of appetizing fare. Gym was adequate for a Japanese hotel. Would stay again if in Nagoya!

Excellent location. A short walk to subway stations and to the bus stop that provides a limo bus to Chibu Airport. Fantastic and friendly service from the hotel staff. We arrived a few hours before check-in time and the wonderful staff provided us with an available room. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern design hotel and the room size is great. However the corridor at L12 has a strange smell. May want to see how it can be overcome. Otherwise, all is good! We enjoyed our 3N stay.

This hotel was amazing in every way. Cleanliness and staff were excellent. But, we were so surprised by spacious room with lots of well thought functions everywhere in the room. Bathroom was huge and a toilet was in the separate room which was nice. Coffee shop on the first floor served a special coffee and my matcha latte tasted real matcha without sweetener which I appreciated. We really wish that we are staying here longer cuz it was so comfortable and we enjoyed staying at this hotel very much! We would love to come back here to stay again!

We love everything about this hotel, except the distance bw the hotel to the subway. You will need to walk around 15 mins to the train station. The perk is there's a nearby underground mall where you can walk towards to Nagoya Station.
