The bed was incredibly uncomfortable because it was so hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. I can't really speak about the rest of the room's cleanliness because I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. We had a very very bad time. We were supposed to stay two nights but left a day early because we didn't sleep. Even if it was a non-smoking room, I don't think I would stay here again because of the bed.

Staff woke me up !!!

Its all good until the 3rd day the staff woke me up because they knew it was my last day but its not . I was staying there for 5days.. i hope its not gonna happen again .

Value for $. Staff was helpful and friendly. They gave us a smoking room. When we said we needed a non- smoking room, they accommodated. Just remember that the Japanese operate like clockwork. Checkin at 4pm mean 4pm. Breakfast closed at 9:30 and it will close at 9:30 sharp. If you are a minute late .... too bad.

朝食ビュッフェは有難いのですが

朝食ビュッフェは有難いのですがパンを持ち帰りの容器に沢山詰めて持って行ってしまう人達（外国人）がいてパンが空の状態で食べれなかった。あと凄い混んでいてホテルの宿泊者以外も不正に利用しているのではないかと思う位。朝食ビュッフェは良い事なので不正の対策をした方が良いとおもいます。あとチェックイン16：00は遅いかな。

The hotel is at a very good location in Nagoya. To stay at such a place at that reasonable price, the services and rooms were not at their high level, but very comfortable. To those who wants to optimize their pays, this hotel is highly recommended. Free breakfasts were just delicious enough. Thankful for that.

栄　と思っていましたが、タクシー運転手さんいわくここは栄じゃないとのことでした。体調の面でタクシー利用がメインだったのでその点は気にはしていませんが全体に夜は薄暗くコンビニもあまりない印象でした。 が、マラソン大会での利用で、朝食も30分早く開けていただき感謝していますが、大混雑でブッフェは利用できず、辛うじてほかほかのおにぎり2個をいただくことはできましたが私がその最後でした。ありがとうございました。駅からのアクセス状況のなのか料金がお手頃だったのも助かりました。お世話になりました。
