I would highly recommend this gor others especially with young families who want to explore all sights and use the metro to get around Tokyo - would use again if we came back.

It was on its own floor. The apartment was a good size for a family of 5. Had I known there would be a washer and dryer in the room I would have brought less clothes since we did laundry everyday. The showers were a bit hard to use for the kids but they figured it out by the end. There was one night we needed to call the front desk from a nearby Monday hotel as we blew a fuse when we used the toaster oven and microwave at the same time.

staff wasn’t helpful, did not help with the luggage. the washroom by check in is dirty. the room is decent

It was a great place to stay very well maintained.

Great location, comfortable room, and a beautiful Skytree view; but we were most impressed by the staff, specifically Hasan, who provided attentive customer service (omotenashi) and speaks fluent Japanese and English.
