No ocean view but quick beach access wirh minimal steps. Room 117 SHOWER WAS ADVENTURE OF SURVIVAL, nozel was like garden hose mist but little stronger, 5 minutes to figure out how to regulate temp then quick shower before it went cold, turning it off was like breaking into an old timey safe in a movie. Mattress really soft you'd sink between the edge and hump in middle. No coffee pot only Kcup with broken latch you have to hold down to brew one. No hair dryer. No fan in bathroom. Small refrigerater, gas stove is manual light ouch. Very poor lighting. A/C worked great. Parking with an ext cab 6ft bed truck extremely tight must back out all the way to street and cars cant even turn around in there. For a cheap place to sleep its ok it is clean!

I cried

I truly wanted to love this place.Where to begin? First, I paid for one king bed WITH an ocean view- I got two beds a view of the building behind us and a view of the people smoking and drinking at the pool. The more comfortable bed was in the room where the t.v. placement made sense but, with no a.c. I was too tired to attempt getting the room I paid for, i was just going to suck it up because the beach wasnt all that far away....beach access was blocked by larger pickups and broken pavement. This place wasnt actually clean, its not the Ramada or Travelodge or Holiday Inn so you do lower your expectations a little buuuttt...the noise, the cigarette, pot and whatever else they were smoking smell crept into the room. You do have to wash your dishes before you leave or you are charged 15.00- they do supply the soap, but its not Dawn or Palmolive or anyhting that actually cuts grease and cleans. We emptied the dehumidifier 5 times in the two days we were there. You can feel a hole under the flooring near the bathroom. The absolute worst part was the roaches, I cried. The shower was nice though.

You get what you pay for. Property needs TLC desperately! Beach was about 20 steps from our room. Room walls appeared to have water damage. Bed was comfortable, nice big TV. Sliver of ocean view. Bathroom was small but nice.

Great location but shabby looking room

Great location but the room smelled like a perfume factory and had no windows that could be opened. The smell got less noticeable but still lingered. The furniture was in disrepair with tears in the covering. The pool was nice.

The staff is very friendly, you get clean towels delivered to your room each morning. Private entrance for everyone, the pool was a nice size with plenty of seating, clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean, laid out well and spacious. No real complaints! The property could use an updating paint wise outside and the bathroom could use a remodel but all in all we enjoyed our stay!

The manager and virtual assist were cheerful and helpful! I like that the property is right on the beach! The bed sheets were clean. I like that there was a coffee maker and the refrigerator worked well! Many things in the room were stained and need to be replaced. There needs to be a groundskeeper as well

DONT take a deep breath

Location was great, the staff very friendly. The room was fine except for the smell. The smell of whatever they clean with was so strong it was difficult to breath. It never dissipated for the 24 hours I was there. I would not stay there again because of this.
